Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at support@vapersonline.co.uk to notify us of your return request.

Items must then be returned within 14 days to the following address:

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not cover courier or shipping fees for returned items.

Faulty Goods

We aim to ensure all products sold by Vapers Online are fully functional. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact support@vapersonline.co.uk before returning the product.

When contacting us, please:

  • Provide a description of the issue
  • Include photos if possible to help us assess the problem

Our team may ask a few questions to determine the issue and your experience level with the product. This helps us provide the most appropriate solution.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, you will be asked to return it to the address above for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund. Please include proof of purchase or order details (such as an invoice) with your return.

Warranty Information

Batteries, Mods, and Variable Devices (VV/VW)

  • These items include a 1-month warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
  • Expected lifespan is 3–9 months depending on usage.
  • If a defect is confirmed, we may repair, replace, or refund the product.

Returns may be refused if the product shows:

  • Physical damage
  • Misuse
  • General wear and tear

Atomizers & Disposable Devices

These products are covered by a Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty only.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if the product arrives damaged or faulty. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where possible.

E-Liquids, Drip Tips & AIO Devices

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, these items are not covered by warranty.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The incorrect product was sent, or
  • Exceptional circumstances apply

Non-Faulty Returns

You may return unwanted items if they are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

Returns requested after 14 days are accepted at our discretion only and may be refunded to store credit (E-Wallet) rather than the original payment method.
